Honda reflex forum I'm seeing reviews saying cruising at 75 is no problem, but with a top speed of 80-85, I can't really imagine doing 65-75 for hours on end without some loss of life. The only difference I can see mechanically is that the Reflex has dual shocks but they are smaller diameter and It has ABS brakes. And it's been really popular all over the world. Helix has more torque at midrange, while the Reflex has a slightly better top end.
