Once your order has been inspected for product availability and prepared for dispatch (usually within two business days), you will be notified of the final bill and then the credit card will be charged for the remaining balance. This procedure assures that you are only billed for available products. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this process. Tax Application: Taxes will be applied in accordance with your buyer status. For purchases made on behalf of a registered business, no taxes will be levied provided proper documentation (including but not limited to your Tax ID, Business Certificate, or EIN) is submitted. Shipping Terms: Shipping charges are determined by both the delivery location and the total value of your order. We proudly offer free shipping within the five boroughs of New York City for orders exceeding a total value of $500. For deliveries outside these boroughs, shipping charges will be calculated based on the ZIP code of the destination. You will be informed of these charges prior to finalizing your order. Returns: We accept returns on undamaged, unopened goods within two business days of delivery. All returns must be in the original packaging, with all seals intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected. Shipping fees apply.
